Issue: Seniors

As a Conservative, Tim Baxter believes our government must prioritize the most important things before spending new money. We must fulfill the commitments we made to our seniors. Tim supports ending the unfair double taxation of Social Security. We must make sure to protect Medicare and Social Security by making sure these programs do not go bankrupt. Seniors on a fixed income are not able to keep up with the rising cost of living and we fight inflation by balancing the budget. Tim Baxter will prioritize fighting big Pharma lobbyists that are keeping the cost of prescription drugs high. Biden has proposed $280 Billion of Medicare cuts to be used towards the Green New Deal and continuing Obamacare subsidies. Tim will fight against this plan that threatens Seniors.
